All purchases are absolutely final. By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with course content, teaching style, or presentation format
- Failure to achieve desired trading results, profits, or financial outcomes
- Financial losses incurred from applying concepts taught in our courses
- Technical issues unrelated to our platform (e.g., personal device problems, internet connectivity)
- User errors during payment processing or account setup
- Changes in personal circumstances or financial situation
- Delayed access to materials due to third-party payment processing

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DomtraderPro Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Trading losses or lost investment capital
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Personal injury or emotional distress
arising from your use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. No Warranties or Guarantees
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

- Warranties that access will be uninterrupted or error-free

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Option 1: UAE (DIFC) – Recommended for FinTech/Education Companies
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE, and the language shall be English.
Option 2: Bahrain – For Traditional Businesses
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute, controversy or claim shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR-AAA) Rules. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator appointed in accordance with said Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Manama, Bahrain.
Option 3: Egypt – Civil Law Alternative
These Terms shall be interpreted under Egyptian law. The parties agree to submit any disputes to the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) under its Rules of Arbitration. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the exclusive right to:
- Modify these Terms at any time without prior notice
- Update course content and pricing structures
- Discontinue programs or services
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DomtraderPro Academy
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
- You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent
